Are you ready for ramen? Our ramen bowls at Issho are the best winter treat, available every weekday between 12-3pm.
Ramen was originally created some time in the early 20th century with exact origin being slightly unclear. Issho’s luxury ramen is special; the ramen noodles are carefully crafted and the Tonkotsu stock takes around 12 hours to prepare and ours is made fresh everyday …it’s a real labour of love. The stock combines a secret blend of vegetables and spices cooked at a precise temperature to give the soup its depth and complexity of flavour. Our Executive Chef, Shane Zhao has spent years working on this recipe and is always looking for ways to tweak and improve it.
Every day we’ll offer a meat and vegetarian option, example dishes include smokey rib-eye steak, roasted pork or organic chicken grilled slowly over bincho charcoal with organic eggs and vegetables. Ask your waiter for today’s choices.
Ramen bowls are available from Monday to Friday between 12-3pm and are priced at £10pp at the restaurant.
Join us at the Bar on the week days for lunch and you can have a bowl of ramen with a drink for only £10pp (125ml glass of wine, 125 ml glass of prosecco, or soft drink).
