Ingredients
Red & yellow cherry tomatoes
Sherry vinegar
Soy sauce
Sugar
Sesame oil
Salt
Silken tofu
Rice vinegar
Goma paste
Crispy rice balls (sesame seeds are fine)
Basil cress
Shiso cress
Method
- Make the marinade using the sherry vinegar, soy, sugar, sesame oil & salt in a bowl.
- Blanche and peel the tomatoes, then marinade. Drain after 30 minutes.
- Blend the tofu, rice vinegar, soy and goma in a separate bowl.
- Plate and enjoy!
